Delete your CONEWER account

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal information that comes with it at any time, with or without the app. We finish every request within 30 days.

Before you delete: unused hours can't be refunded or moved after deletion. If you have hours left, use them or send them to family or a friend first (Send in the app).

How to ask

In the CONEWER app

Open the app and sign in.
Tap your picture at the top to open Profile.
Scroll down, tap Delete my account and confirm.

Changed your mind? Tap Cancel request in Profile before we finish it.

Without the app

Open Telegram and message @conewer_help_bot.
Write "Delete my account" and your CONEWER mobile number.
When asked, share your phone number in Telegram so we can confirm the account is yours.

Open @conewer_help_bot

No Telegram? Email support@conewer.com from any address with your CONEWER mobile number. We'll confirm it's your account before deleting it.

What we delete

Your mobile number, name and password
Your profile picture or photo, and your app settings
Your Pings and their photos, your reactions and the list of people you blocked
Your Telegram link and your support messages
Your saved device names and the device addresses linked to your account
Any unused hours in your balance

Store owners

To close an owner account (owner dashboard or CONEWER Owner app):

Open the dashboard or app and sign in.
Tap your name at the top to open Account.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Or email support@conewer.com from the email you sign in with.

We first pay out the earnings you're owed to your GCash and unpair your access points. Then we delete your email, name, password, GCash number, Telegram link, store pages with their photos, and your Deals. Earnings and payout records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

What we keep, and why

Payment and top-up records (amount, date, method, payment reference), for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They're kept without your name or number.
Wi-Fi session records (device MAC address, time, data used) until they're deleted on the normal schedule, at most 90 days after the session.
Records we must keep for a legal claim or an investigation by authorities, only while that lasts.
